Welcome to Tweedside Tackle Limited’s online shop. We endeavour to provide you with an enjoyable shopping experience. We hope you find everything you need on our site for your chosen sport, if you cannot find what you are looking for or you are looking for advice please don’t hesitate to contact us either via our website contact form or telephone on 01573 225306.
We accept visa, MasterCard, Delta, Maestro and Solo card payments on our online store.

We may occasionally open later and the occasional Sunday in October, November and December.
We may also open for out with these hours for special events and shop open days. Please phone the shop for details or if you wish to be added to our database to be informed of our special events and open days please send us your details via our contact form or phone and speak to one of our trained experienced staff.

Web Orders

We accept credit card Visa, Debit and MasterCard payment. If you are shopping from North America or a foreign country, please place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US dollars or your own currency.
Card payments for items orders will not be processed until the item is ready to be dispatched, payments for items on back order will not be processed until ready to be dispatched.
Orders are subject to availability. If an item is discontinued you will be e-mailed and the order cancelled.
Our acceptance of any order placed with us is when it is ready to be dispatched.
We reserve the right to cancel any order up to the point of dispatch, in the event of this you will be contacted immediately.
If the item you order is out of stock we will inform you via the e-mail address you provide us with during checkout, and give you the option to wait until it is back in stock or cancel the order.
Upon receiving your parcel please check the item we have sent you are correct and report any discrepancies within 2 working days.

For orders made from the UK or the European Union 20% VAT is included (Excluding Children’s clothing, Footwear and all books). All other orders are VAT free, the VAT will be deducted when your card is processed will not appear on your order conformation e-mail.

Delivery

Orders are usually dispatched using our courier service City Link or the Royal Mail. Most orders require a signature therefore please provide a delivery address where someone will be into receive the parcel e.g. work, neighbour etc, or please let us know a safe and secure place we can ask it to be left for you, e.g. shed, garage etc.
Deliveries are normally sent out within 2 working days unless we inform you otherwise e.g. item is temporarily out of stock.
Our courier service delivery is a next day service but sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances it may take a few more days for your item to be delivered.
You will receive an e-mail the day the item has been dispatched and we will tell you which postal/courier service it is coming with and give you an estimated delivery time.

Returns Policy

We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our full price products come with a 10 day no quibble guarantee.

If you are unhappy with a product we will refund the total cost of the product (excluding carriage) if returned within 7 days, with valid receipt or proof of purchase.

If a product is faulty you have 20 days to return it for a refund (excluding carriage)
No refunds will be given on Sale items, they may be returned for a credit for the value of the product (sale price) excluding the cost of the postage.
All products returned for refund or credit will only be refunded or credited when the product(s) are returned in original condition, unused and with receipts (or a photocopy of receipts).
Any goods which are being returned for repair or under manufacturers warranty for inspection must be returned clean and dry for health and safety reasons. Must also be returned with a valid receipt should warranty be applicable.
